Indus Learning has been a pioneer to develop and nurture the basic study skills in students through its scientific tool ’AII Form’. Achievement Index Inventory (AII) form has been indigenously developed for the purposes of assessing students on factors that relate to non-cognitive areas but may significantly affect the student achievement in academics. These factors largely relate to meta-cognitive domain. The factors typically come from the ’process of studying’ and student’s self-response along with the responses of the teacher and parents indicate areas where non-academic intervention maybe required with the student.

AII analysis has benefited over 50,000 students across 500 schools. Several seminars and workshops have been conducted around ’AII Form’. Notably, ’AII Form’ has been utilized for feedback & sessions with Private as well as Government aided schools in NCR, Haryana and UP/ Uttaranchal, Karnataka etc. ’Achievement Index Inventory’ or AII Form, indigenously developed, is based on the process of studying and the basic study skills Used for students in classes 5 to 12 for counselling and demystification sessions with regards to academic proficiency.
